L'ÉTAGE is pleased to offer select international destinations shipping from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
All orders are carefully processed and prepared for dispatch within 7-10 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please scroll down to see a full list of countries we ship to.

Please note: We do not currently ship to the European Union. We look forward to expanding our shipping destinations in the future.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times once order is ready to ship:

United Arab Emirates: 1–3 business days
Middle East: 2–5 business days
International Orders: 7–10 business days

Shipping Costs

Domestic Shipping — Free Shipping on all orders within the UAE.

International Shipping — 100 AED Flat Rate on all countries listed below.

Currently shipping to: Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, New Zealand, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Türkiye, United Kingdom, United States.

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
